Eligibility:

1. Offer is available to veterans who can provide proof of military service (e.g., DD-214, VA ID card, or active military ID).

2. Applies to new members joining the DC Landlord Association between November 10th and November 30th, 2024.

3. This offer is limited to one waived licensing fee per eligible member.

Benefits:

1. Waived Rental Property Licensing Fee for the first property registered under the veteran's ownership (up to $500 value).

2. Access to free landlord workshops, educational webinars, and exclusive member resources during the first year of membership.

1. This promotion is valid after the first year of membership only. Standard licensing fees apply for subsequent years.
