This certificate applies toward labor only. Materials, permits, specialty equipment, and third party services are not included.

Must enroll or renew membership by July 10, 2026
Gift Certificate value: $250
Valid through December 31, 2027
May be applied to handyman, maintenance, repair, or improvement services performed by the DC Landlord Association’s approved service providers.
Minimum service order of $1,250 is required to redeem each certificate.
One certificate per qualifying membership unless otherwise stated.
Certificate has no cash value and is non transferable.
Cannot be combined with other labor credits unless approved by the DC Landlord Association.
